Installation
As delivery and customer satisfaction are of the utmost importance to us, we use our own qualified installers to ensure that each of our products is installed to the highest standard. In the unlikely event that any of our products should require repair or adjustment (see Warranty below), we will be happy to assess the situation and ensure that service issues are dealt with promptly and professionally.

Warranty
For our customers’ peace of mind, all of our products come with a ten-year warranty. This means that we guarantee our products for ten years from the date that they are installed in your home. Should a defect* arise within this period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge.

*excluding any damage or faults (including glass breakage) caused by accidents, misuse, neglect or willful damage.
