Total Installations operates from its 20,000 sq ft premises in Aldershot, which includes a complete production facility for a range of domestic and commercial products. All of our products, from windows and doors to high-rise curtain walling are manufactured using CNC and CAM technology alongside sophisticated air tooling.

Our manufacturing strategy is built upon driving for continuous improvement and investment in sophisticated and
up-to-date technology. This investment in new technology enables us to actively compete in an ever-changing market by manufacturing consistently high-quality products in accordance with our BSI accreditation (for further information, please see Accreditations). In addition to this, our specialist workforce undergoes intensive training on all new machinery.

As well as considerable investment in new technology, we are constantly improving on our production line processes to increase output and create less waste, and thereby adapt to future demand.
